2.For each additional certified (copy): 73 NIS

If the above service involves translation by the notary**: An additional 50% of the set fee for translation, depending on the type of document and the number of words in the document (see details below).

3.Certification of a photocopy of a document (certified true copy):

For the first page: 73 NIS 

For each additional page: 13 NIS 

For each additional certified copy of the first page: 25 NIS 

For each additional page in additional copies: 13 NIS

4.Certification of translation accuracy (notarial translation):

For the first 100 words: 236 NIS 

For each additional 100 words or part thereof up to 1,000 words: 186 NIS 

For each additional 100 words or part thereof beyond the first 1,000 words: 93 NIS 

For each additional certified copy: 73 NIS

5.Certification of a will before a notary (notarial will):

For the first signer: 277 NIS

6.Certification that an individual is alive (certificate of life) :

7.Receiving and certifying a declaration made under oath or otherwise (notarial affidavit):

8.Attestation of a negotiable document, including translation if necessary:

Receiving the cancellation notice and recording it as a note in the notary’s retained copy: 197 NIS

10.Any other action authorized by law for a notary:

For any other action not specifically priced in the regulations: The amount specified in the minimum recommended fee schedule of the Israel Law Association 

If no such amount is specified: 304 NIS

11. Additional fee for notary services outside the office:

For the first hour or part thereof, from the notary’s departure until return: 608 NIS 

For each additional half-hour or part thereof: 186 NIS 

This does not include travel expenses

 12.Authentication of a prenuptial agreement:

Fee: 420 NIS 

For each additional certified copy: 70 NIS

13.Notary certification in a foreign language:

If the notary certification is issued in a language other than Hebrew or English: An additional fee of 98 NIS

 14.Additional fee for services outside regular hours

If the service is provided between 19:00 and 08:00 the following day or on rest days: An additional 50% of the standard notary fee 

This does not apply to charges for services outside the notary’s office, as mentioned above

 15.Preparation of a copy in fulfillment of a legal obligation

For an additional copy of the certification, not intended for the client but for retention by the notary or submission to a public authority-no additional fee will be charged
